How does the happiness guarantee work?

If for any reason you are not happy with your Everkind
online purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund. Any return shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please contact us and we can help you with any concerns. Sometimes a replacement works better
than a refund – but the choice will be yours.

Refunds:

Refunds are made by reversing the credit card charge or the Afterpay
payment. If you’ve paid using Poli (online banking) we can deposit the money
back into your account. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible, often the same day but always within 7 days.
